Ward 5 People’s Committee is a ward-level administrative agency in Vietnam. Ward 5 People’s Committee is responsible for managing and operating administrative, economic, social and people’s affairs within the ward. Specifically, Ward 5 People’s Committee is responsible for managing areas such as planning and investment, finance – budget, land management, construction and infrastructure management, order and safety management, environmental management, education and culture, health and population, culture and information, social work and protection of people’s rights.
