Mai Vinh – Groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Headquarters of the Land Fund Development Center of Ben Cat town.

On the morning of December 22, 2020, in Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province, Mai Vinh held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Ben Cat town Land Fund Development Center Headquarters. The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors of Mai Vinh Company, representatives of the Investor – Ben Cat Town Construction Investment Project Management Board, representatives of the Supervision Consultant – Hoang Thien Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. and other distinguished guests.
Built on an area of 1,378 m2, the Land Development Center’s headquarters has a scale of 3 floors. According to the plan, the project will be built in 270 days, expected to be handed over and put into use in October 2021.
The project is built with the purpose of being a place to carry out compensation, support and resettlement for cases where the state reclaims land after the planning and land use plan are approved and to manage land funds in urban areas and areas with urban development planning that the state has reclaimed but has not yet handed over or leased. This is a project that marks the cooperation between Mai Vinh and the Ben Cat Town Investment and Construction Project Management Board, creating a premise for long-term cooperation between the two sides. At the same time, being assigned to construct many projects in Binh Duong province is a guarantee of the quality of Mai Vinh contractor.
